Maxed Chest Armor (Collectors) - Guild Wars Forums

I need some help,
where can i find the collecter with the maxed chest armor? And what does he wants in exchange?

List of desert collectors:
Spam Augury "WTB 5 Bleached Carapaces", won't take long, they're very common. Then go to the collector just outside Heroes' Audience.

Also you can get max collectors armour in the southern shiverpeaks, but the desert is the easier way.
